About me
Mark Bingley is the name, and web design and development is my game.
I actually started in Web work way back in the mid 90’s and have been involved ever since. Kind of interests me, you might say.
Its my job, its true, but I also find its a bit of a hobby too. I use the web for just about everything you can think of, and am constantly impressed by the technology as it evolves.
At the last count I have 5 PC’s in my house (not including the PS3!) and an iPhone in my pocket. Did I mention that I love my iPhone? I kinda do. In fact my wife considers it my mistress.
I cant help myself. Gadgets are irresistibly fascinating. To such an extent, that I refuse point blank to resist.
I have embraced the technological revolution. You should too. No….. really…… give it a chance, I think you’ll like it.
So anyway, where was I? Oh yes, thats it…….. About. About me. yep…. so what else is there about me?
Music. Can’t live without it. Always got a tune in my head. Often singing out loud.
To me, a day without music is a very bad day indeed. You will often find me with my headphones on. And if i’m around the house, there better be some tunes on, or there will be trouble.
I like to listen to Music, but I also try very badly to play it too. Got a bit of a home studio coming on to be honest. Three guitars that I can play equally badly, and a digital piano that is getting fed up with the same old tunes, and a microphone that can be heard crying at night, if you listen carefully.
Its a work in progress. One day I will be GREAT!
Movies. I like them a lot. In fact, I like all sorts of movies. You’d be surprised. Really.
I have old ones, new ones, foreign language ones. I even have a couple of really rubbish ones.
The best thing about my movies, is that when I watch them its on a cinema.
No, I dont mean a big telly. I mean a Cinema. A VERY big screen. Kinda, fills up a whole wall and is projected upon by my second favorite gadget in the whole world.
I of course have a rather special surround sound system to go with it, and it goes without saying that it is all High Def in the visual department.
Did I mention that I love movies? Well I do.
Photography. Oh yes. Love it. Got a bit of a home studio thing going on to be fair. Lights galore!
I love photography so much, that my harddrives are all creaking under the weight of the thousands of images I refuse to delete. Well… I may want that really rubbish blurry photo one day…. so best keep it… just in case.

Did I mention that I can send photos taken with my iPhone directly to my Flickr without a PC? No? Well I can. As could you if you also had an iPhone… and…a flickr account. Blimey. I love gadgets!
